The purpose of this page is to provide VA staff and employees with an easy way to retrieve documents that are related to training initiatives that are in progress. HPDM-based High Performance Leadership Series We recently designed a training series for the VHA that fully supports HPDM and which can be used to meet the requirements for the VHA Supervisor Training and Development Directive 054.
